For the economic development of urban areas and districts in the Eure-et-Loir

With the Eurelian Pact, the CODEL gathers all the economic stakeholders of Eure & Loir in order to make the county as attractive as possible.
This Pact is an original strategy targeting the County’s economic development through four initiatives:

1. The Eurelian Package, a series of partner services coordinated by the CODEL, to meet every expectation of a business expanding, investing or setting up in the Eure-et-Loir.
2. The Eure-et-Loir Development Academy is for all economic developers in the Eure-et-Loir, political representatives as well as development officers.
A cycle of seminars teaches developers about the best economic development practices to boost the Eure-et-Loir’s appeal.
3. Territorial watch assistance: The CODEL’s “territorial attractivity” department works with local authorities with day-to-day assistance in their economic development and territorial watch programme.
Offering advice to Eure-et-Loir economic development officers is part and parcel of the CODEL’s services.
4. The clusters: Cosmetic Valley, Polepharma, Perchebois, Agrodynamic, Bâti-Durable, Perchefaïences: the CODEL is behind all sorts of sectors contributing to the competitiveness of the Eure-et-Loir’s businesses and reputation.
