Specific grants for relocating, setting up or expanding in the Eure-et-Loir

Whether you are a business considering setting up or relocating in our County, or already based here but looking to expand, help is at hand with the CODEL.

There are various types of subsidy to support your projects:
• Grants for which you may be eligible (regional, County-level, European or more local grants such as tax subsidy) are studied by our specialists in addition to the site or property solution we recommend for you.
• By involving government departments upstream, we work on getting your project off the ground quickly so that the building permit application does not raise any new questions, thereby delaying your project.
• The CIL (Interprofessional Housing Committee, which collects the 1% logement employers’ tax contributions to the national housing fund), to pay for the transfer of your employees by finding them accommodation and funding their move...
• Our agreement with the ANPE (French Employment Agency) means that we can prioritise the recruitment of your new employees and be quick off the mark with recommending profiles to match the jobs being sought.
