In terms of further education, the Eure-et-Loir encouraged the setup of a university centre in Chartres.
Attached to the University of Orleans, it comprises a branch of the science faculty that turned 10 in 2007 and a technological university institute in which 500 students enrol every year, not to mention the many post-A-level technical vocational diplomas meeting the needs of local businesses.

Such vocational training centres as the AFPA and AFPI can also be found here, each one very active and in tune with craftsmen and manufacturers alike.
Lastly, it is worth mentioning that our staff are very fond of their region and closely involved in the life of their companies, which explains the low job-rotation rates and helps each business to develop smoothly.
