ELI (Eure-et-Loir Initiative)

Type of subsidy: Reimbursable advance (no-interest loan) for the creation, takeover or first-time expansion of a company (less than 5 years old).

Eligibility criteria: Industrial, small-scale or agricultural firm undertaking an agricultural diversification or innovation project.

The following are not eligible: shops and lifestyle and homecare services in cities with more than 2,000 inhabitants (except activities that currently do not exist in the setup village).

Amount : the subsidy comes in the form of a personal loan between €5 000 and €25,000, with the need for bank funding and a personal contribution at the same time. Reimbursable over 5 years with reimbursement beginning after a year.
