ACCRE (Subsidy for job seekers who are creating or taking over a company)

Type of subsidy: Exemption from social contributions for 12 months.

Eligibility criteria:

- Job seekers receiving benefits or
- Job seekers not receiving benefits but registered for more than 6 of the last 18 months at the ANPE (French Employment Agency)
- Beneficiaries of the API (Single Parent Benefit), RMI (Income Support) or ASS (Specific Solidarity Benefit, for people no longer entitled to unemployment benefit or some non-salaried professionals)
- Under 30 years of age and eligible for a young person’s job
- Employees taking over their struggling business

Eligible expenses: Social contributions of the company manager Excluding CSG and CRDS and top-up old-age insurance

Note: Income maintained for those on minimum benefits
